My own story of disconnection started early. I was the high-achieving, anxious teen who held everything together on the outside and crumbled in private. I saw what it looked like to have a mum who gave everything and left herself behind. I adored her, but I learned to do the same.
When I became a mum myself, even with all the tools and training I’d collected over the years, I still hit those moments of crying on the bathroom floor, wondering what I was doing wrong.
Turns out, it wasn’t about doing more. It was about coming back to myself. And that changed everything.
The mums I work with are wise, capable, and full of heart. They’re not starting from scratch—they’ve already been on their own healing journey. They’re often the strong one, the go-to friend, the rock of the family.

I’ve been a Holistic Therapist & Coach for over 2 decades. Working with outwardly strong, independent mums bogged down in anxiety.
I've lead multiple courses in Boundaries, Confidence, Self Esteem, Anxiety Management, Communication & Regulating Your Nervous System, as well as supporting charities for women with high levels of trauma.
I don't believe anyone is a lost cause or broken and I've seen people completely turn their lives around with the simplest changes to their habits or thought patterns.
