If you contact us via the contact form on our website, we will ask for your name and email address. This information will be transferred to our email account, and we will use it only to respond to you in connection with your query. It will not be used for any other purposes (eg marketing etc), unless you specifically request it.

How your data is collected, stored and used when you sign up for our newsletter:


If you sign up for our newsletter we will ask for your name and email address. We will store that information using a safe and secure email service. We will use that information to contact you periodically to send you our free newsletter which includes tips on health and wellness, updates on our services, and special offers. We will not share this information with any third parties beyond which are necessary for the provision of this service (and who will also treat your data with respect, in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations). You are free at any time to unsubscribe from this newsletter, by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all newsletter emails.

How your data is collected, stored and used when you work with us:

The data we collect from clients is as following: name, age, postal address, email address, telephone number and information related to your current state of health. In the case of minors we will also ask for parent/guardian’s name, address, email address and telephone number.

We collect this information for the purposes of contacting you (if necessary) throughout the time we are working together. We will also collect: date of birth, GP name and address, medical conditions relevant to therapy, and prescribed medication.

We collect this information for health and safety purposes, so that we are aware of any relevant issues, and so that we may work as effectively as possible with you. All data is stored securely and confidentially and used in a safe and ethical manner, in line with regulations and guidelines.

It will be stored for 7 years from the date of your last session, with the exception of young people, in which case it will be stored for 7 years from the date of their 18th birthday (We are obliged to do this under the terms of our insurance). It will not be shared with other people without your consent, except in circumstances in which we are required to by law (eg acts of terrorism). You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, free of charge, in an electronic or paper format, which we will provide within one month of your request.

You also have the right to ask us to amend or change any incorrect information about you. You have the right to ask us to erase any information that we hold about you. This includes your personal information that is no longer relevant to original purposes, or if you wish to withdraw consent.

In all cases and when considering such requests, these rights are obligatory unless it is information that we have a legal obligation to retain. As the client, you have the right to receive your personal information which you previously provided, and also have the right to transfer that information to another party. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018, the data “controller” is Tailored-Therapies.
